I have a job interview today. I was wondering .?

I should have some questions to ask the employer. What are some good questions I can ask?

Answers:
You should have a couple prepared. You can see what a typical work day would be like. Ask them how they got started with the company. Ask what their schedule is for making a hiring decision (which helps you know how long you have to sit by the phone). If the interview goes really well and you like the company, ask them to offer you the job; they just might. The worst they can say is no and then you won't have to wait by the phone.
Ask them what the benefits are. Thats about it.
It all depends on the job but here are some good questions I always ask:

1. How are the projects managed.
2. How large are the teams? How many people per project and how do the team members communicate?
3. What are some of the processes?
4. What kind of tools do the employees use to do their job?
5. How many poeple are employed by this company?
6. Are there other branches of this company around the country or around the world?
Good luck :)
