It most probably takes millions of dollars to bring in your own internet backbone and build the proper facilities to house a server farm can anyone please tell me how a little person (single atheistic poor OLD labled mentally ill with only an AAS degree) might build from the ground up his very own server farm from which to make a living ? I suspect things like national security might come into play ? I suspect the internet has protocols that are secretive and a whole different world from the WWW. TCP/IP.
I have been a corporate person all my life and know nothing about building a business all my own and how to defend it from powerful enemies that may not want such a thing in my hands.
