as far back as you can go, but keep your resume to one page.and you always start with your most recent, so just remember that, i would say probably 3-4 and make sure they relate to what your interviewing for.

It can depend on the organization that has the job that you are applying for.
In some circumstances they wanted to know all your work history due to competition reasons or security reasons.

in my marketing class we are actually putting together resumes right now.my teacher says to list your last three jobs.but not ones in which you were fired from or quit from.
