About a job interview?
Answer:
Wait a week. If you don't hear from them call them and ask about an update for your interview.
I would call in a week. DID you send a THank-you for the interview? Always do that too.
Okay, after you have your interview, if you want to stand out in their minds, write a very professional letter to the person who conducted your interview and send it to them thanking them for their time. Mention that you were grateful that they took this time and how much you enjoyed the time spent, mention specifics. Do this the same day as the interview (mail it as soon as possible). Then if you haven't heard something - most places send you a letter within days of your interview letting you know that you are not eligible for the job - giving their reasons. Good luck.
i wouldn't wait i would keep filling out applications for other jobs and the first one that wants you to work take it
