Anyone have any suggestions on how I can make more tips cocktail waitressing?

You should have basic knowledge of beer, wine and spirits.
As a cocktail waitress you should be friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills. You should be organized and able to think and act quickly. You must take pride in personal appearance and show dedication to your job. You should work efficiently with the highest regard to the customer.
If this is a place where you have "regular" customers it's a great "plus" to remember what they drink so when they come in on another night you'll be able to ask if they're having the usual - this will impress the heck out of them and the "big-bucks" will follow!!
smile a lot and be very personable
get the orders right
be quick with orders
wear sexy clothes, if possible
come back often to see if refills are needed

Tush out.
Not to skimpy clothes, leave something to the imagination.
Something that attracts attention and brings out your assets.
Colorful, maybe collage style.
Just be confident, a kind of "I'm hot give me tips b*tches" attitude
