Has anyone been hired and trained by COmbined Insurance? If so, what was the training pay?

Yeah I have,, no training pay you spend two weeks away in training, no benefits at all, when you finish training you go into the field with the group your assigned to,, you pay for all of your petrol, accommodation, phone bills and insurance,, its commission only and the leads you get from the company are only for existing policy holders you must make appointments with these customers and try to up sell them,, for new customers you must find them yourself and sell them a policy,, the regime is very team orientated and every day you have a team meeting and do the company chant which consists of a group of adults standing in a circle chanting homilies to the company.. I lasted two weeks out of training ..its a crock of garbage don't do it
I don't know about Combined but this one Ins. wanted me to pay $275 for a 40 hr. training and get my own leads and i would get commission off my leads. To me, it was like a pyramid scam.
