How to actually start your brand in designing garments?

You will have to first First of all come out of the best brand thing, various brands are the best in their own departments there is no 1 best brand, so you can be one of the best brands over a period of time its a process and not one time job.
Be specific about what is the exect way you want to project your brand in the market and who are you focusing as a target audiance(bridal,kids,man's forals, swim suits, sports wear , traditional etc..).
Then you will have to understand the target audiance's behavioural preferances and name & market your brand accordingly.for this you would require to take on media plan and frequency.
