I would say none, only because I've tried all the websites that supposedly help people get jobs. The emails they send that are targeted to your skills and background never match. I kept getting things for Admin. Assistant, or something else that would require a bachelors degree.but never listed myself or skills with that type of work. Unless they think putting papers into a file cabinet requires a degree.Ha! :-]

Monster , Yahoo Hotjobs, Careerbuilder are some of the largest job boards, where you can apply for jobs and upload your resume. Since Craigslist, allows free job postings, many smaller companies post their vacancies on this online classifieds website. You can also search for jobs from multiple websites using aggregators like SimplyHired and Indeed. Referrals are also becoming a increasingly popular way to get hired.

FYI, Monster tends to have more hourly type jobs. CareerBuilder tends to have more professional positions. HotJobs is kind of a mix. those three are the biggest in the business. You're going to find on each a huge volume of postings, most of which won't be what you want. to get around that, you may want to develop a list of companies you'd like to work for, and go to their websites. almost all companies with websites have a "careers" section, where they list openings and give you a way to apply directly.
