These folks will tell you the skills you need.

Cubicles do not keep you from being around other people.
Any company today uses cubicles because they are less expensive than hard wall offices and can be demounted if the need arises. I've worked in design firms that have designed offices for Media companies, health-care, real estate, bio-tech, high-tech, clothing manufacturers etc.So, it depends on what you are interested in doing. Graphic designers work in cubicles, game artists work in cubicles.administrative assistants work in cubicles, scientists works in cubicles.
You can find jobs in the various job sites like Yahoo jobs and others. The skills you need - the basic skills would be most likely how to use a computer and answer the phone.
Call center work would get you your own cube. Some basic computer skills are all you'd really need - MS Word, IE, etc. the call center would train you on any vendor specific applications. If you can use a computer and a phone - you can get work in that field.The only other thing you need is the desire to have every aspect of (potentially) every call micro-mismanaged.
