About my social security?

ok im 17 and i need to know what papers i need for a job. i know i need my social security card and brith certificate. Anything else. oh and when i turn 18 what happens to my custody papers

You will need a state I.D. or driver's license. I think when

you turn l8 you are legally an adult. A lot of things now

require you to be 2l, but I don't think that does.
Normally a social security card and a government issued picture ID, like a drivers license.
Are you in the US? You'll need ss card, picture I.D. or birth certificate, baptismal certificate, etc. - if you're in high school you'll need the dreaded work permit from a high school counselor
You will need a State issued ID/Driver's License, SS card, as well as a Work Permit. Your Work Permit Appliclation can be picked up from your local Board of Education or from your school's Guidance Counselor/Principal.
