Is it better to email or snail mail an unsolicited resume?

Or, should one call the company to query their employment opportunities first?

Answer:
Snail mail, email is to easy to delete. Hopefully you have a contact name to send your resume to. Attn. H.R. isn't going to get much notice.

Snail mail!
1. Call first
2. Then send through U.S. Mail
Email it .stand out from the crowd
If it's unsolicited, snail mail rather than email.

Call first. Many companies just toss resumes if they're not in response to a current or anticipated job opening.
