What should i answer if the quetion was " Why do you think we should recruit you?"?
Answer:
(Sigh). Sometimes I'm ashamed of my HR peers.
First - you have to read between the lines and give them an answer they can use.
So - Condense the skills you have into a couple of pithy sentences, then tell them that you feel you would excel in the job because of your skills, your sincere interest in the job, and your ability to learn new processes, skills, etc.
Don't go overboard - but don't short yourself either.
Frankly, they are looking for a summary that they can parrot back to the hiring manager. If you sell them, they'll sell the hiring manager.
"Hey, I don't know if you should or not."
Highlight your qualifications.
Say something like.
". because I'm a good team player, I work very well with others. I feel I would be a benefit to the company and that my experience will help me get better aquainted with the job quickers. I am willing to learn new tasks and take on new challenges and I'm always looking for the challenge of learning something new."
.or some random garbage like that. Employers love it.
Sell yourself. be confident. say because i am good at what i do. i am dependable and hard working and i'm sure you wont regret adding me to your team.
I've said this before and got the job with really good feedback from the interviewer.
We cant tell you the answer until you tell us the job description or at least the job title! Then we can think about what kind of characteristics would be suitable. Post the question again mate!
Tell why you are a good fit for the company and the job. They are asking you to sell yourself to them. Your answer will depend on the job and your skills. For example: I have excellent problem solving skills. I was able to save my company x$ by developing a strategy to decrease lost job orders.
You basically have to pick your finest qualities and "sell yourself". They want to know what YOU can bring to their company. It completely depends on what job you are applying for and your qualities. If you want to flip burgers at Mickey D's, you tell them that you are outgoing and friendly.
Do you Believe in yourself?! Tell them your qualities, your personality, how outgoing or fun or challenging you are. tell them about your creative side, how well you work with others. Be positive, smile. It is sort of like advertising yourself and Selling you in a good way. Good Luck!!
Well, don't say, "because I need the money" like I did when I was much younger and did not know any better. Just give them a list of your strengths and positives and be convincing and confident when you tell them.
Because it is my belief that your institution not only needs a (_____) like myself, but in the long it would be a most profitable decision to add me too your staff.
"I can add value to your company . . ."
Use that as a lead in to your qualifications. Make sure you are familiar with the company and the jobs available so that you can choose the best qualifications to emphasize. A business wants to know it will make money from your work product.
