I'm an lpn who hasn't practiced in a while, I'm trying to get my licence back because I let it lapse.

I live in GA. Now I can't find my LPN licence # and I have to have it to reapply for reinstatement. Anyone know where I might can find it online?

Answer:
The original issuing authority should have it, just drop in and get it. With the extreme shortage you should also consider going RN. Traveling nurse program rocks, my sister does it and loves the travel and pay.
Hopefully you can't find it online, would you really want it available for anyone to get? Best bet is a former employer, they probably have it in your personnel files.
