Short termination period?

pls provide me with some negative effects if a termination period is too short or too early.?

Answer:
It is common understanding that anybody that is serving a probation will be on 24 hours notice. This is almost standard practice across the industry especially if the working environment is Retail or F&B.

I don't think there will be any negative effects as long as both parties have communicated prior to signing the agreement and understand that the contract is drafted as such that

Unless.you actually hired a psycho that was so pissed that he/she decided to burn down the office. To prevent that, the best thing is to get the accountants to prepare the pay cheque and get back all the necessary access cards, keys.etc to the office.

Dont know what you mean by termination period.If you are in the U.S. you usually have a 90 day probation period where your boss can 'let you go' at any time - no questions asked.
