Have a friend call other housecleaners and ask what they charge. You be a little cheaper in the beginning. Run an ad in the local Pennysaver.
Look around at what local companies have their prices at, and put yours a little cheaper because you're just starting.
And you can hand out flyers to people, businesses, etc. to get known better.
Good luck!!
Make up flyers and post a few in your supermarket and local mall or wherever community based ads are allowed on a bulletin board. You can also post flyers on the doors and the OUTSIDE of mailboxes of houses in your area. (never put your flyer inside of a mailbox. That is a USPS violation)
As far as rates go it would be fair to charge $12 per room.
