I don't think you are going to find anything like that. There are some survey sites, but it takes forever to fill one out for only pennies. I you are going to do data entry, you will have to go and sell your service to clients. Anything that you do on the internet will require you to sell something whether a service or a product.

I do my data entry by answering surveys and by responding to offers. And if you are in the USA (or Canada) this is a good site to make money on.
I have only found one legitimate work at home site so far, and it made me $249+ in just October (and there is about half of October left). But it did take a bit of work initially--I added referrals--and the money got better. And I believe my earnings will continue to grow. I just recently had a best answer vote from a 15 y/o guy who made $50+ in just a couple of days.

I've had a lot of experience over the past 3 years with this subject. I went through litereally 50+ different companies on the interent trying to make money while I was in college. There's sooo much crap out there and companies that promise you the world but deliver nothing but hype, it takes a while to seperate the crap from the genuine money making opportunities.
