Should i call this job again?

i sent my resume in a few weeks ago via email, and the employer immediately replied saying the position was filled. however she called monday and asked me to call her back. i didn't receive the message until tuesday, so i called and left a voicemail saying i was returning her call and asked her to call me back at her convenience. it's now friday and she has not called back yet. do i call again? i was thinking of leaving my cell phone number for her to reach me faster. i don't want ot seem overzealous though.

Answer:
Call again and leave your cell phone number and other contact info. You're a job applicant callingto follow-up your application. This act only shows seriousness of purpose, eagerness to take the job, and perseverance to pursue any task at hand. These are all positive traits every employer looks for in an employee. So make that phone call and get the job that you want!
Yes call. It can't hurt.
call her again and give her the option of both phone numbers and tell her how much you are looking forward to her call given her busy schedule
