I work a min. of 55 hr.s / wk. @ salary + shares owned. do i get 2 or 3 wks of holiday?

I don't think there is a law that would state how many vacation days you would be entitled to. That is a question that you would need to ask your employer about.

Generally, if you are on salary and this is your first year of employment, you would get 1 week of vacation. Additional weeks are added the longer you are employed.
