By "getting attracted" I take it you mean infatuated.
1) Control your thoughts. Do not fantasize about her. Ever. Have something else you like that you can calmly think about if she pops into your mind.
2) Find something about her that "disqualifies" her from being ideal. Don't let yourself put her on a pedestal.
3) Meet other women. Sign up for dance lessons or something.
4) Trivialize your physical attraction to her. Remind yourself that there are zillion pretty faces out there. Besides, you've been attracted to women before and the feelings have faded away.
If can you follow #1, you really shouldn't have to do much else.
Change jobs.

A slim chance is there that she will say yes.and later you will regret and you wont ever try it again.u win later.( unless both of you are single and end up getting married.in which case, congratulations, u win again ).
