Are there more job oppurtunities in the south than in the north?

i think it's more about growth areas than north v. south. check out a real estate map. they will tell you where the top growth areas in the country are. more houses=more jobs and vice versa. las vegas, sacramento, atlanta, and boise are just a few. check yahoo real estate. i think that's where i've looked before to see all the growth areas.
