2 Job Offers, Which do I choose?
Job #1 - an internation company where i would make $35 or more a year, with full medical & dental benfits, company bonuses, and discounts on hotels, cruises, and airlines. I have to dress up (which I hate to do) in business attire. There is no parking except for street parking (which is hard to find. Reputable company. Friendly staff. Lots of room to grow in the company. Working semi-hard, some stress.
Job #2. - $15 an hr. or up to $30k a year. Medical & Dental benefits. Underground free parking. High tech and cool & hip office. an eBay owned company. Small room to grow in the company. Casual dress (there is no customer face to face, so everyone wears jeans, ect). People seem friendly but very quiet. I would be updateing files and working semi-hard. No stress.
Please help! Which do I choose?

Pick whichever one you will be happiest doing. You have to do the job 8 hours a day. the one you like better will be less stressful for you, and the time will go quicker during the day!
No one can make this choice for you. this is your choice, you weight the pro's and cons of each job.
Job #1. Key word: GROWTH!

I right now do not really like my job, but I'm sticking to it because I see that I can grow here.
The first one, no doubt. It's all about moving up in the world, and you'll be much happier. There may be some hassles like the parking and attire, but you'll get used to that in no time. If you want to advance your career, take number 1. If you'll cool with making no money for the rest of your life, take number 2.

Where do you want to be in 2 years? How much do you expext to earn then?
Now which job would help you realize that goal better? In terms of work experience or responsibility, which one would look good on your resume? Which job would improve your skills?

neither one is a great wage, I'd say do the job that sounds more enjoyable, you'll be happier and do your job better. That way when you decide you want to quit and take a job that will actually pay your bill you'll get a better reference.
