Telemarketing interview question! Need help please!?

Question goes like this:

Client that your calling on sells technology supplies for any type of printer or computer. The qualifier on the account has a minimum of either 25 PC's or 10 Laser printers. Who would you ask and how would you ask a question in order to find out if the company you are calling is qualified or not?

Answers:
I would ask if I may speak with the I.T. manager, once you are through that hurdle it should make things easier
