I have dryclean business and i loose some customer so how do i get back ?

means some body doing good advertising and marketing for that because i have good experience now.

You should offer your old customer some free dry cleaning. You should have their phone numbers from past visits right? Give them a call. Offer $10 worth of free service. No coupons, no other purchase necessary. That should get them back in. The rest is all about customer service. If your customer serivice is good, they'll come back.
