try freecycle in your area or maybe look for free samlpes under the brand you want try sweepstakestoday.com they have a list of a few things freecycle is great place to find things others are giving away
Walmart.com has free samples for some products (mostly household goods and beauty stuff).
Also- dove.com gives away free samples.
I think the best bet is to visit company websites and see what they offer- Kashii has free samples of cereal, as does soyjoy.com for their fruit and granola bars.
