I was involved in branding before and many of the enquiry doesn't even prepare for the basic question and many lose interest mid way so the investment goes down the drain.
I know of a few ad & branding agencies who don't really explain or care about clients money. Typical answer, " Do what client wants", being afraid of losing the business. They don't dare to advise client what's right and wrong. They are suppose to be the expert in the field but too chicken to tell the truth.
If your answer to my 1) question is an X amount, your are in trouble. The answer suppose to be X amount plus Y percentage of your product profit to maintain the branding exercise.
Anyway, try SIL AD. I have seen their work.
