Where can I get cigarette lighters printed with promotional logos on, in smallish quantities (approx 100)?

You could first try typing in 'promotional items' into your search engine, and also bring up 'Exchange and mart' I know they have loads of pages with lighters, tee shirts etc.
If you cant do with the hassle, buy a copy of Exchange and mart from your local news agent.
why would you want to give out cigarette lighters, smoking kills and that means you are promoting smoking as well.
You should give out something else like pens, footballs, frisbees, anything else.
Any screen printer in your local area will do it for you. Look up yellow pages.
Your way off beam smoking is banned in public venues try printing on Milk cartons or beer mats more cost effective
