Yahoo sponsored search - content match?

I am using Yahoo sponsored search for my business, I would like try out the content match function, but does Yahoo provide the function like Google Adwords to select the targeted site for content network? And is there any published list of websites included content match other than this link? http://searchmarketing.yahoo.com/rc/srch.
