What is the customer complaint chart or ratio? How many customer complaint?, how many customers just leave?

Glad to see someone else ask this, and care about it as much as I do ! Customers complain about everything, even when they aren't right !! I am so sick of them! We don't have a "complaint chart", but they get very nasty when they can't have it their way !!
It's very simple, a customer will buy an item, try to use a coupon on something that is excluded, and then tell us it's "our" fault because they didn't read the small print !
I am sooo tired of them thinking we are their "personal" shoppers. The other thing that really bugs me, is if we are out of something, they want us to call every friggin store to find it! (doesn't seem too bad, but when you're tied up on the phone for a half our for a $2 item, and you have to pee..it sucks) Get off you fat lazy *, get some exercise, and go shopping for yourself ! I also HATE the customers that steal from us, and then act all tough, but cry like a b@!#H when the cops show up ! What I hate the most is when a customer interupts you while you are helping someone else. Like they should get all the attention, they should be "first" I could go on FOREVER with stories, but I won't!
Most of all, customers are RUDE !! Then they try to complain about us? What about the drunks we deal with everyday?The people who smell REALLY bad, and haven't showered? I sell footwear, do you know how many nasty people wear dirty socks with holes in them? Their feet are disgusting and stink sooo bad!

Then, there are the nice customers, but unfortunately the bad ones ruin it for the good ones, YES, there are good customers still out there, and I AM ONE OF THEM BECAUSE I WAS RAISED TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH RESPECT
