What ad campaign do you think was/is the most succesful and why?

Orbit gum is pretty successful at getting you to remember "Dirty Mouth, clean it up" even if the commercials are dumb... everyone knows them
I can't say which was the most successful but I can tell you that just because everyone is familiar with a campaign it doesn't mean it was successful. The "got milk" campaign really didn't help sell more milk.
The Guiness ads stick in my mind.
And how many forums are you going to ask this question? Besides here on Yahoo, it's showing up on other websites. Don't you have better things to do than post aimless questions up on websites because you can't think for yourself?

Dove ... 99 44/100s percent pure ... it's a slogan that has worked for more than 100 years ... and is still working.
Different Campaigns work for different companies. For instance A campaign for an engineering firm would never relate to a campaign for a night club. the key to a good campaign is to find a Niche that fits the Company and go from there. Advertisers work for their clients and this is a service they should be providing.
