I need an new scanner but dont have the money right now how can i buy one and pay later?

get your scanning done at the local print shop
it's called a credit card.
Maybe someone you know has one. The local library. If you are young maybe you can ask a older family member then rake yards and cut grass to pay the money back. If you are trying to get pictures on line then just buy a throw away camera. When turning in your film just ask for a cd with your pictures. You can upload your pictures from the cd! This is the cheaper way.
If your credit is ok through Dell, or HP or Circuit City or Best Buy or many other options.
