How can i sell my product- cd based GCSE physics revision guides?

small company ran working on a local bases. need to increase sales!

Answers:
Advertise to your Market = parents and school kids taking GCSE exams.

Find out where your customers go and Advertise there.

Examples might be - contact all Private Tutors - contact Parent Teacher Associations - you could aslo try to get into the schools (contact the Governers, Teachers) - offer all direct contacts special packages / deals (this may mean putting up the 'normal' price so you can give them a 'discount' or commission)

Don't forget that you are aiming at the middle to higher end of the achievment range (dumb kids with dumb parents are not interested in revising)

NB> Don't forget that school kids copy CD's = I assume that the CD works in 'Demo Mode' untill it connects with your servers - and access is restricted with something better than simple user name & password (yes, kids swap serial numners and user details too).. this being the case you might want to consider 'giving away' free CD's with school publications :-)
Well, you should definitely have a website as a sure shot selling channel. I presume you can sell your guides in digital format as well, while giving CD-ROMs as well. With digital products you can get loads of online sellers called affiliates, who'll sell your product on internet for very small commission. So you get an army of salesmen who'll only get paid when they make a sale.

There is no reason why you shouldn't start selling on Ebay.Especially, with a set product range you can set up an inventory and just keep listing them.

If you need mre professinal advice gimme a shout.

Try contacting your local schools, get endorsement from their teachers, offer bulk discounts via school (then school can sell for you!), get some PR ("helped me get to oxford" etc story). Try you local authority (schooling), maybe try display @ local libraries. You are too LATE for this years GCSE by the way (unless youre really really quick) - poor product timing on your part!!
