Who would be the cheapest an best place to advertise my business ime just starting out an need good adverts?

Answer:
The best advertising is to good work. Then people will want to know who did such a good job. The cheapest advert is a one color flier with some information about you (your company) and why they would want your product or service. Of course, you then have to spend the time handing them out. If you are in the consumer sector the yellow pages are very good. That's the best generalization, I can give you.
Impossible to say. What are you selling, and who are you trying to reach?
I don't know what type of business you have but your local newspapers are good. Also place flyer's all over your hometown. and conveniently leave your business cards places, like inside magazines at your doctors office or in Library books. be creative. and don;t forget about word of mouth. Good luck. I'm just starting out myself.
Your local newspapers or better yet suburban papers, small papers that come out once a week, I get about 80% of my business form the local papers. I am a window cleaner. Flyers never have worked for me, flyers are a waste of money in my opinion.
Is it a website that you are wanting to promote? Here you can promote your site and get paid for referrals at the same time.

If you are wanting to advertise your services (Lawn care, Const., Accounting, Etc.) Then you may want to place an add in your local and surrounding newspapers. Also a sign in your yard, on your vehicle, or wherever you can get someone to let you post it. Business cards wouldn't be a bad idea either. Those can be left virtually anywhere and everywhere you go.
Here's a great idea that is helpful for many. If you live close to or have access to a local college or university that has an arts/advertising program, make use of it. Talk with some of the students and teachers. See if any of them would be willing to present copy/ads for your product, and if it is used, they can use it as professional freelance work for their portfolios. There are a few reasons why working with students pays off:
1. They are young and eager with fresh ideas.
2. They will offer work for little or no pay if it means something for their portfolio and future career.
3. Being able to provide ads for a legitimate business on their resume is great for young adults.
4. You don't HAVE to use it if it's not good

Basically, it's a win-win situation! Hope this helps.

Hi, perhaps you can try Google adwords to market your service/product.

Google adwords is a text-based system for advertising on its site and its partner sites. The service allows you to create your own ads, choose keywords to help match your ads to your audience, and control the cost of your advertising—you pay only when people click on your ad (a cost per click plan). Anyone wishing to promote a product on Google can enroll in this program.

Not sure what type of business you have, but you should take a look at http://www.caretotrade.com. It's a unique classified-type site that gets many visitors. I know they're relatively new, so I couldn't imagine advertising being too expensive yet. Their email is support@caretotrade.com. Good luck.
