What is that package strapped to your stomach? Are you a terrorist? I hate to tell you this, but we have exterminated so many of you guys that Ala is all out of virgins. I know you were promised 25, but all I can tell you is that you should have gotten yourself waxed sooner. Now you will be lucky to get one woman, and she is going to be well broken in by the early arrivals. It's probably a good idea just to stay put until Ala can build up his storage room of virgins again.

I was a Professor at a Los Angeles University. I had many students from abroad. The University is now closed after 96 years being open.
If you are looking for a University... You may check out some of the larger ones. I don't see that you would have difficulties coming and studying here in the U.S.
Your best bet would be to check with the school and see what their requirements are.

Iranians are very attached to their family and support with difficulty to live far from them. It is an important point to take in qccount. Then all depends on the economic level of the country, mentalities, your training level qnd your economical possibilities. In France by exemple my friends say to me that all became expensive, there is many unemployment what creates tensions. It is generally easy to enter university but more difficult to leave there with a diploma. You should contact the Cultural Service of the country concerned in Iran.
Studying abroad is one of the best ways to move to another country. It's more difficult to get a job abroad than it is to study abroad. I currently teach English to Japanese residents. I am an American living in Japan. My students (of all ages) often go abroad on working visas or as a student. I don't know what country you are trying to get to, but I know that student visas are the easiest to get out of all visas.
