The stock market is basically a long term investment. Don't jump into it if you think you'll get rich over night. Think long term. Go to a reliable stock broker and get invested in some real solid stocks. Stocks come in all kinds of price range's and the amount you invest is up to you. I have bought and sold several stocks over the past few years, but basically I hold on to my hard core stocks and watch them grow.
