Contact a few for rates and determine what company will give you the best service for the money. make sure your designer / layout person works with the same file types as the printer requests.
Try contacting these and know what you want before you call. i.e # of pages, color or black and white, paper quality (they will help you select) , will there be inserts, will their be ads, how many copies will you order per month /per year etc.
