What revenue models exist for conferences?

I worked with conferences some time ago, and besides the models you have numbered above we also made money with:
- Database:
We gathered information from participants, and we rented to direct marketing companies. (don't forget to make opt in option clear, also to structure the policy information)
For being high-targeted we could charge premium amounts - around 0.50 per register.
- Video
You can tape it (with authorizations) and sell it to specialized stores. There are companies that just work with motivational, training videos.
- Books/reports
You can sell reports, books made out of the conferences.
- Pictures
Some websites pay for pictures. You upload pictures and advertising agencies, companies, etc download it and pay you for the use.
Keep in mind that you have to be really clear in your subscribe forms all the uses you might have concerned to image, opinion, voice, etc.
A good lawyer can give you the right directions.
