Yes - it is called "Learn html" and stop being so lazy.
Pick a website that you really like, save the files to your computer and then open it in frontpage and replace the text / images with whatever you need. Take care to change the image and file URL's in the webpage so that they work even on the web.
Google has some good tools that may serve your purpose. Take a look at Calendar. It will get you started on setting up online schedules.
