first make a blue print.get a patent.then start by going to a company that could use your product.what ever you do DON"T get into that invention trap you see on T.V they will sell you a book and get a patent (which you could get yourself) for about $7000.00 to start.before you are done you will have given them over $15,000.00.they say they will try to market it for you.they do nothing but set they azzes.or try to sell a copy of your stuff for a price..just do your homework and when you go to introduce your product to a new Co. Don't tell them it's a new invention yet.see how they react then let them know this is the first one on the market.then start negotiating.if it's a product that has never been seen before..try to find something simular and compare the price and then get your estimated price you want from it..good luck..

1. get an attorney to file the patten - create a company and incorporate it (the attorney will help you with this step)
2. make your prototype to use as a sales tool to pitch the idea to private investors, corporations, or government agencies.
3. have the attorney negotiate a production and distribution contract for your invention
