How can I become a better cold caller?

I have a great voice and people like me 99.9% of the time. My problem really lies in rebuttals. I hesitate when someone objects. Me being the nice guy, I fold and move on to the next call. I know I will be more successful if I can just handle objections better. Any pointers or tips will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You need to talk with some pro's in your field and develop some pre-set answers to the most common objections that your customers make. write them down, next to your phone and have them ready. Also, practice with a friend or family member, so that when objections do come up, you have the answer. remember, people who object are not saying no, until they actually say NO!! good luck.
