Is she published? She could write a few articles and then call the newspapers to have them published. Like "5 things you always ask you doctor," or something like that. Also, is she asking for referrals? I have to grow my own clientele as well, and this is the BEST way to grow. Tell your patients, "Don't keep me a secret," as they're leaving or ask them to let their friends and family know that you're accepting new patients.
Have free check-ups or something. Do a fundraiser and stuff.
