If you need to advertise. trust me you are by no means an established player. A Venture Capital firm even in India would largely depend on market information and leverage network contacts to secure deals.
Of course your hunting grounds would be the financial services community and you could sponsor an event/ seminar or throw a get-to-know us party for the entire lot. And a good website is ofcourse mandatory. Your popularity would be directly proportional to your assets under management/ fund size. Small Buisness is your client, so advertise in small buisness/startup/entr. mags.
Kinda obvious, try similar media as well, trade journals, managerial coluimns etc.
