Can Anyone tell me How to get a free background Check on someone?

I know the Internet advertises Free Backgroundchecks however when you click on the site they wind up bieng very costly. I have purchased one a few years back but at this point in time I do not have the funds and really need to get one on an individual does anyone know of an actual free site? Thanks in Advance?
