Does anyone know of a really good craigslist ad posting tool that I can purchase?

It is very very hard to find a tool like this. Craigslist usually goes after these people and shuts them down. Good luck finding anything. And if you do your going to be fighting an uphill battle with craigslist when you try and post.
Why not write it yourself and just save a copy of the text in your documents? It'll save you time and money on something you really don't need.
Technically, you are not allowed to post any ad in more than one metro area at a time on Craigslist. If you post an ad in one city, and then post it to another city before the previous one has expired, you are violating the terms of service, and may get flagged as spam.
Sounds to me like you're trying to do some illegitimate, spam-type marketing.
