Do you have to pay for unordered merchandise sent in mail?

I received through the mail a DVD that says it is mine to 'preview' and to send money if I want to keep it, otherwise return the DVD. I did not request this dvd to be sent to me. Am I under any obligation to return the dvd?

Answer:
It's hard to say, if yuo have never completed an offer by the company, or signed up for the oppertunity to sample itams, then I would contact the company and see why it was sent to you.

Since it's unsolisted, I would venture that yuo don't need to pay, but I would dubble check with the company for why it was sent to you.
just send it back and you are not obligated to pay. they should have included a self addressed stamped envelope to make that easier for you
