I am looking to respond to a negative feedback I received on ebay, which was a retaliatory feedback come to find out for another person. The person makes false accusations, and makes false claims as well as calling names. Very hateful.
My goal is to reply in a calm, positive, professional manner. I also do not want to give this person and their partner "in crime" the satisfaction of making me upset.
Any ideas on how I can respond to turn this around in a positive way? For example, write what you would actually say in the feedback.

Sometimes a no reply is the best kind. They'll be hateful people everywhere. I've had that happened to me, and the person who gave me a bad feedback was someone who didn't even purchase any of my items.
