Word of mouth advertising is the best. Take good care of your clients. Remember that a satisfied client will tell 10 people about the good job you did, but a dissatisfied client will badmouth you to 100 people.

You probably do not have enough money to do much advertising . I would suggest that you consider investing your advertising money in a good, eye-catching paint job on your work vehicle. That way, people will see your name and phone number everytime you are on the job -- or just driving around.

Another idea is to do a little "goodwill job" (free job) for a school or church or food co-op -- you could benefit long-term from the connection when the other party recommends you to others.
