With Time Warner taking over Adelphia will the my monthly cable charges differ from Adelphias?

They should not increase without notification. You can expect the prices to stay the same initially but to increase when they "appear" to offer more value by adding more channels.
it shouldn't
just because some other ppl takes over the comp. your cable should still be the same
but if other wise they will send you a letter
stating that the changes will be made.
and if they don't send you this letter you can sue them for a none notifications
