What if I ordered a product over the net and they won't let me return it? In the site, they said I could.?

What recourse do I have? Can they get away with this?

Answers:
report them to better business bureau. Look online for there website just type better business bureau
Write to the BB and Attorney General in their areas, with copies to the company. Include their policy, etc and your correspondance to them. Send all letters certified mail.
