Does anybody have a template about chambermaid`s greeting card for hotel guests in the room?

I am looking for ideas how to write a nice letter for hotel guests what usually chambermaids are leaving in the room. (XY cleaned the room and whether the guest has any problem who should he contact. Thank you for all the help.

Perhaps you could compile a survey and give the guests the opportunity to give their comments before they leave. Don't make it to complicated or they won't bother.

Perhaps you could offer a discount on future stays at the hotel as an insentive?
