Create a blog and set up an RSS feed from the blog.

Then submit your RSS feed to as many message boards, online Ezines and other related sources as you can find.

Most message boards require user log in procedures in order to post. But if you have good content, you can put the link to your RSS feed in your post and then readers can get that RSS feed of your releases directly into their email program.
